New Safety Protocols

Our Workforce Connection Centers (WCC) have reopened to the public and are ready to provide in-person assistance to job seekers and employers.

Safety is our top priority, because of this, we have established additional safety precautions to protect our employees and clients.

All locations have been deep cleaned and will adhere to strict cleaning and safety guidelines.

  • Employees and anyone using our services will be required to wear face masks at all times while in the WCC.
  • Plexiglass sneeze guards have been installed throughout each location.
  • Social distancing guidelines will apply. Furniture and computer terminals have been rearranged and the number of clients allowed in the WCC at one time will be limited.
  • All Goodwill employees will be screened daily and have their temperature taken when they report to work. Goodwill is providing employees with face masks and gloves to wear while at work.
  • In addition to employees, anyone using our services at a physical location will be screened upon arrival and prior to entry. The screening includes a few medical questions and a temperature reading with a no-contact thermometer.
